3. "Date of Commencement" is the date indicating the acceptance of the application by the User to the Services.
4. "Date of Termination" is the date of expiry mentioned in the notice or/and the letter of termination and/or the date when the Services are supposed to end.
5. "Flats-n-plots.com.com" is defined as the internet website or mobile application of the Flats-n-plots.com at https://www.flats-n-plots.com.com (hereinafter 'Site').
6. 7. “Real Estate Professionals (REPs): "Real Estate Professionals," or "REPs" are users who have created accounts (free or paid) with us to sell or rent real estate, avail our advertising services, and avail our other Services that we direct towards the professional’s real estate community. REPs include builders, landlords, agents, developers, institutional property consultants, mortgage professionals and other service providers.
8. "My Subscriptions" refers to the section providing descriptions and details of the Services availed by the User, either on the website or otherwise communicated in writing by the Flats-n-plots.com.
9. "Registration Data" is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription, including User name, contact details, mailing address, account details and any other information supplied.
10. We ask all REPs to provide details including but not limited to your name, your company name (if available), phone number, email address and details of the property to be uploaded on the Website etc. If you create a paid REP account and become a subscriber, we require you to submit all of the information including but not limited to as required from landlords and agents as well as a description of your campaign and/or your property details. We will also collect financial data like credit card information and billing addresses from subscribers, so that we can process the billing as per the choice of your product and services you subscribe. A Flats-n-plots.com representative may call you to verify your information. We may record these calls for quality analysis and assurance purposes.
Additional information about you that we obtain from third parties: We may sometimes obtain information about you from third parties and use it to serve you better. For example, our partners may help us provide predictions of your income range and how likely you may be to purchase a home. We will share this augmented data only with selected REPs (subscribers) who you choose to share information with by contacting them through the Flats-n-plots.com Services.
